3. The Forged Platform
What We Provide
Forged is a platform that allows you to:
- Connect third-party fitness apps to track your training data
- Earn points based on your training consistency over time
- Qualify for Earned tier status
- Receive unlock codes to purchase tier-specific apparel
- Access content and community features
Fitness Data
By connecting a third-party fitness app you authorise us to access your workout data from that provider. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.
We do not guarantee that data from third-party apps will always sync correctly. Errors caused by third-party APIs are outside our control.
4. Tier System
The Tiers
Forged operates a four-tier system:
How Points Are Earned
- Points are earned through consistent training sessions recorded via connected apps
- Points reflect months of activity, individual sessions, training streaks and multi-app usage
- A break clause applies — a gap of 18 or more consecutive months with no recorded activity resets your qualifying period
- Tier thresholds may be adjusted by Forged from time to time
Trainer Awards
Certified Forged trainers may manually award tiers to their clients. A trainer-awarded tier takes priority over the automated points system. We are not responsible for the conduct of independent trainers.
Tier Changes
We reserve the right to adjust tier thresholds and points criteria. Any changes will not retroactively remove a tier you have already earned.
5. Unlock Codes
When you qualify for a tier you will receive a unique unlock code. Unlock codes:
- Are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Are single use only
- Cannot be transferred to another person
- Are linked to your account and email address
- Must be entered at checkout to access tier-specific products
Misuse of unlock codes including sharing, selling or fraudulent use may result in account suspension.
6. Ore Tier — Open Access
Ore tier products are available for purchase by anyone without tier qualification. Purchasing Ore tier products does not constitute tier qualification and does not affect your points or progress toward Earned tiers.
7. Personal Trainers
Trainer Network
Certified Forged trainers are independent professionals. We vet trainer applications but we are not responsible for the quality of services provided by individual trainers.
Trainer Conduct
Trainers must not award tiers to clients who have not genuinely achieved the relevant criteria. Misuse of the tier award system may result in removal from the trainer network.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Provide false information to gain tier qualification
- Share or sell unlock codes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Post content that is offensive, defamatory or infringes third-party rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including the Forged name, logo, tier system and apparel designs are the intellectual property of [COMPANY NAME]. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for platform and marketing purposes.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Strava, Hevy and others. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will be available at all times
- Fitness data will sync without error
- Tier calculations will be free from error
The Forged platform is not a medical or health service. Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise programme.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
